These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SEO Pro Inspect Chrome extension and associated services ("Service") provided by Premier App, Inc., doing business as SEO Pro Inspect ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SEO Pro Inspect is a Chrome browser extension that analyzes webpages for search engine optimization (SEO) factors. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying features as described on our website and within the extension.
Paid features require a valid license key obtained through purchase. Each license key is for a single user and may be activated on a limited number of devices as specified by your plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
The free tier is available indefinitely with no payment required. Features may be modified at our discretion.
Pro and Ultimate plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Prices are listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Paddle handles applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST based on your location. The tax amount is shown at checkout before payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
AI-powered features are subject to daily usage limits:
Limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Unused calls do not carry over. We reserve the right to adjust limits with prior notice.
The Service, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by SEO Pro Inspect and protected by intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the Service, not to own it.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including PDF reports and analysis results. You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Ultimate plan users may remove SEO Pro Inspect branding from PDF reports. This does not transfer ownership of the Service or its underlying technology.
SEO recommendations, fix suggestions, and alt text generated by AI features are provided as informational guidance only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to implement any suggestions. Reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS AN ANALYTICAL AND INFORMATIONAL TOOL ONLY. We expressly disclaim any guarantee that use of the Service will result in improved search engine rankings, increased website traffic, higher domain authority, or any other specific SEO outcome. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (such as Google, Bing, and others) and are subject to change at any time without notice. Many factors outside our control — including but not limited to competition, domain age, backlink profiles, content quality, algorithm updates, and technical infrastructure — affect search engine rankings. A high SEO score within the Service does not guarantee or imply that a website will rank higher in any search engine results.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, WEBSITE TRAFFIC, OR EXPECTED SEO IMPROVEMENTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google PageSpeed Insights, Anthropic (AI), and Paddle (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime. Free-tier features that run locally in the browser are not affected by server availability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Premier App, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
