SEO Pro Inspect is a Chrome browser extension that analyzes webpages for search engine optimization (SEO) factors. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying features as described on our website and within the extension.
Paid features require a valid license key obtained through purchase. Each license key is for a single user and may be activated on a limited number of devices as specified by your plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
The free tier is available indefinitely with no payment required. Features may be modified at our discretion.
Pro and Ultimate plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor. Prices are listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Lemon Squeezy handles applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST based on your location. The tax amount is shown at checkout before payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
AI-powered features are subject to daily usage limits:
Limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Unused calls do not carry over. We reserve the right to adjust limits with prior notice.
The Service, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by SEO Pro Inspect and protected by intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the Service, not to own it.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including PDF reports and analysis results. You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Ultimate plan users may remove SEO Pro Inspect branding from PDF reports. This does not transfer ownership of the Service or its underlying technology.
SEO recommendations, fix suggestions, and alt text generated by AI features are provided as guidance only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing any suggestions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google PageSpeed Insights, Anthropic (AI), and Lemon Squeezy (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SEO Pro Inspect is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
